Type the voucher code into the text boxes (1) and click the button 'Add Voucher' (2).
Option A: Check-out without changes
If any item is already allocated to your Gift Cerificate, it will show in the shopping cart.
Just click the check-out button (3) and follow the instructions.
Option B: Replace any suggested item by another product of the same value
If your Gift Certificate allows you to replace an item by another product of the same value, delete an item (4)
from the cart and add a different one from our product-line. To do so, please choose the corresponding tabs
from the navigation menu and add the new item to the cart.
Please note: Some Vouchers/Gift Certificates don't allow to replace items or replacement is limited to a specific
category (e.g. Downloads only).
I purchased the Special Offer Gift Certificate, valid for a specific amount of Bio-Frequency Programs. After payment I downloaded the Voucher in my Customer Account. What's next?
The Special Offer Gift Certificate is to be treated like any other voucher. Once you received the voucher code,
please go through the check-out procedure as explained in the previous paragraph.
Do I have to listen to the bio-frequency programs at high audio volume?
Our Bio-Frequency programs provide your benefits at barely audible level.
The actual electro-magnetic fields do not require any sound at all.
I purchased a downloadable file. Where do I find the file and how do I get it on my computer?
- log in to your customer account by clicking on the icon at the top of our website
- use the e-mail address and the password you specified during the check-out procedure
- your customer account opens
- you will find a list of your purchased items in your 'order history'
- click on 'Download file' and 'save' the respective file to your computer
I cannot log in to my customer account.
- Please make sure you're using the e-mail address and password you specified when you checked out for the first time
- to receive a new password click at the line on the bottom of the sign-in box!
